Mortgage Pros Funding helped me buy the first home for my family and I. Miguel was extremely helpful and he showed me the rates for my particular situation on day one. This is something that no other lender did. Additionally, I opted to buy down a couple of points and Miguel gave me a 40% off for that. I’ve got to mention that while being approved, they were a little too meticulous when reviewing the sources of my funds, credit, bank statements, employment, etc. At first, this kind of ticked me off because it seemed too intrusive, but it was just them doing their due diligence on assuring that they were giving me a loan that I could stick to and pay off. Their loans are backed by UWM, which I believe is now the biggest lender in the country. I’ll definitely be coming back to them for any future mortgage loan needs.

The team here made the home-buying process really simple and hassle-free.
